Tractor Supply’s Scarlett will address business, agriculture leaders at fair
Joe Scarlett, the retired chairman and CEO of Brentwood-based Tractor Supply Company and founder of the Scarlett Leadership Institute, will be the keynote speaker for the inaugural country ham breakfast on Sept. 14 at the Tennessee State Fair.
