Saturday, September 6th
Tennessee Whiskey, gin, rum, rye, vodka and, of course, moonshine distilleries have been popping up like wildfire across Tennessee since the legislature changed state law in 2009 to expand legal liquor production to fourty-one counties from three. The Tennessee State Fair is proud to bring them all together for the first time! The Artisan on 18th presents the Inaugural Taste of Tennessee Artisan Distillers Festival on Saturday, September 6th! Benefiting the Tennessee Distillers’ Guild, 20+ distillers converge for this first ever celebration of all Tennessee Spirits.
The cost of admission will include admission to the Fair, a souvenir tasting glass and unlimited samples during the tasting hours. A cash bar will also be available. Admission for designated drivers will be available and will include complimentary N/A drinks. The festival will only be open to people aged 21 and over. A portion of each ticket purchased will be donated to the Tennessee Distillers’ Guild.
SIP tickets will allow a limited number of guests access an hour earlier than the general public, as well as reserve tastings and the chance for more intimate conversations with the Distillers. $20 of each SIP ticket goes to support the Tennessee Distillers’ Guild.
